1. No Returns / All Sales Final
Please note that our store does not offer returns or refunds on any products once the purchase is complete. All sales are considered final. We encourage our customers to review their orders thoroughly before checking out.
2. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival due to a manufacturing error. If you receive a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same product:

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, a replacement will be processed and shipped to you.
3. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item only if it is found to be defective. Once the defective item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
